Course Overview

Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, Feature Driven Development, and other Agile methodologies each bring specific strengths. While they share similarities under the Agile umbrella, real-world success often comes from combining best practices across these methods rather than adopting one in its pure form.

In this One Day Agile & Scrum Training, you’ll apply practical tools, techniques, and skills taught by instructors with real-world Agile experience. You’ll leave the class with hands-on knowledge and a clear roadmap to implement Agile practices effectively.

• Structure a team with generalizing specialists to incrementally develop working software
• Practice and maintain a regular cadence when delivering working software each iteration
