The Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) course is a two-day, entry-level course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer®. The CSM course is designed to cover all the basics of Scrum so you can begin to fulfill the Scrum Master role.
A Certified ScrumMaster® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. CSMs act as “servant leaders,” helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions.
Topics Will be Varied Based on the CST.

In the CSM course, you will learn about:
- ● Scrum basics and core values
- ● How the Scrum framework compares to other methods, such as waterfall
- ● How to identify when to use Scrum
- ● A Scrum team’s three roles and responsibilities
- ● Scrum meetings, including the Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Release Planning
- ● Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog
- ● Scrum artefacts, including the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Burn down Charts.
To earn your CSM certificate, you must take a CSM course from a Scrum Alliance Authorized Trainer and demonstrate your progress through our online CSM test.
The first step toward your CSM is familiarizing yourself with Scrum. We’ve compiled a list of resources that can help you see how Scrum transforms the world of work.
Then attend an in-person, two-day (16 hour) CSM course taught by a Scrum Alliance Authorized Trainer. After successfully completing the course, you will need to pass the CSM exam. To get a passing score, you must correctly answer 24 of the 35 questions. You will be eligible for 16 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) upon completion of this course.
After you pass the CSM exam, you will be asked to accept the License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile

After the training within how many days do I need to take the Exam?
After the training you will have 90 days of time to take the test, if you are unable to take the test within 90 days then you should take the training again to appear for the examination.
Does the course fee cover exam fee?
Yes the training fee covers the examination fee
Do you provide Placements?
Placements are not guaranteed, however you can ask our trainer for the help as our trainer has contacts with corporate.
When is the exam conducted?
Once after the training you can take the test, most of the trainings has web based open book test, hence you can take the test on your preferred location.
Do you provide a group discount for classroom training programs?
We do Provide Group Discounts such as 10% for group of 3, 15% for group of 5 and 20% for the group of 10 people.
